Privacy Policy

Haunted LED Mini Golf is a free app for golfers at South Lanes Family Fun Center in Three Rivers, Michigan. It's published by TaskHusky. Last updated September 22, 2026.

What stays on your phone

Your rounds, scores, golfer names, glow colors, unlocked photo frames and any photos you take or choose are stored only on your phone. We never upload your photos. Share images are created on your phone and only leave it when you share them yourself.

What we receive when you post scores

Posting to the leaderboard is optional. When you post, we store each chosen golfer's first name, last initial, glow color and hole scores, your crew name, and the night you played. The public leaderboard shows only initials (for example, "M. R."), glow color and score. First names and crew names are never shown publicly.

If you choose to leave a phone number or email so we can reach a prize winner, we store it privately with that round. It is never shown publicly. If you also check the box to receive South Lanes texts about deals and future events, South Lanes may contact you; you can opt out at any time.

Technical information

To prevent spam, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet connection's IP address and of a random ID the app creates on your phone. We don't use advertising IDs, tracking, analytics SDKs or location.

Camera and photos

The app asks for the camera or your photo library only when you use the Photo Booth, and only to create images on your phone.

Children

The app is meant for families, but it doesn't ask for anyone's age and doesn't collect more than first names and last initials. Prize contact details should be entered by an adult.

Keeping and deleting data

You can ask us to delete the data the Haunted LED Mini Golf app sent us when you posted scores.

How to ask: email zach@taskhusky.com and include:

What we delete: your leaderboard entries (golfer names, glow colors, hole scores and crew name), any prize contact info and texts opt-in you left with them, and the hashed random device ID and hashed IP address stored with those rounds.

What we keep: nothing. Once deleted, your data is removed from our database; our database host's automatic backups keep a copy for up to 30 days, and then it's gone. If you don't ask us to delete it, we keep leaderboard entries and prize contacts for the current season.
